Summary

Some organisations link performance plans to positions, by using key result areas defined in a position description, while others develop individual goals for each employee.

Use this tab page to display the requirements and results of an employee's performance plan, with reference to established key result areas and key performance indicators.

Procedure

Performance measures are recorded using the Performance Measures - Details form. Click an additional Add or Edit to reach this form.

Extra functionality

Use the Action Plan tab page of the performance plan tab page to record individual goals or objectives. You can also use a combination of both tab pages, if necessary.
