The Details (ii) tab contains generic course values that you can copy to Courses records that are based on this course type. When you create a Courses record, you select a Course Type. You can then can right-click the form and click Copy Defaults to copy across course information from that Course Types record. |

PayGlobal can copy most of these default field values into Courses records that you create from this course type. Is employee:Yes/No field that indicates whether the person responsible for organising this type of course is an employee. Employee:Enabled when Is employee = "Yes". Employee responsible for organising this type of course. Name:Enabled when Is employee = "No". Name of the person responsible for organising this type of course. Default total course hours:Default number of hours that this type of course will run for. Default cost per head:Default estimated cost per attendee for this type of course. Default cost per course:Default estimated total cost for this type of course. Review after (days):Number of days after which people who attended this type of course need to have their capability reviewed or refreshed. If the Course Types record is associated with a qualification or competency that requires "refreshing", then you must populate this field. When an employee successfully completes this type of course, PayGlobal populates their Employee Qualifications (or Competencies) | Review date field with the following value: Course End date + Review after (days). Default approved assistance:Default budget or subsidy available for this type of course. Duration type:Default duration unit for this type of course.
Default duration:Default number of duration units for this type of course. Number of days:This field is part of roster integration functionality. If you add a Number of days value, and then save the record, PayGlobal creates the corresponding Course Type Days makeup records on the Days tab page. Default # of sessions:Default number of sessions for this type of course. Update attendees' roster:This Yes/No field is part of roster integration functionality. It determines whether attendees' rosters are updated when you add, edit, or delete a course day. By default, Update attendees' roster = "No". After you set up the course and add attendees, you can change Courses | Details (ii) tab | Update attendees' roster to "Yes". When you save the Courses record, PayGlobal updates attendees' rosters. |
