Summary

Course classifications are similar to course groups, but they provide an alternative method of grouping courses for reporting purposes, such as "Computer-based learning" and "Online learning".

Course Classifications are simple Code and Description records.

Using Course Classifications

When you create a Course Types record, you can select a Default Course Classification on the Course Types - Details (i) tab. When you create a Courses record based on this course type, PayGlobal copies the Default Course Classification value to the Courses - Details (i) tab - Course Classification field.
