Summary

The Details (i) tab contains basic course information.

When you Copy Defaults from the Course Types record, PayGlobal can copy values into the following Details (i) tab fields:

  • Course Classification
  • Course Category.

Fields
Course Type:

Course type that this course is based on.

Note: When you create a Courses record, you need to add Course Type and End date values before you save the Courses record and copy default values so PayGlobal can calculate the Details (ii) tab | Review date value.

Course Classification:

Course classification for this course, such as "Computer-based learning" or "Online learning".

Course Category:

Course category for this course, such as "Internal" or "External".

Venue:

Place or location where this course will be held. Venue values are not copied from the Course Types record because they are course-specific.

Course number:

You can add a unique number to identify this course for reporting purposes.
