Extra week scheme:Select "Yes" to enable an extra week scheme for annual leave. The extra week of annual leave will be processed separately from the leave on the Setup tab. Years before extra week automatic:Number of years before the extra week of annual leave takes effect. Accrual rate per pay period:Enabled when Setup tab | Method of unit accrual = "Fixed units", "Proportional units" or "Qualifying units". PayGlobal will accrue extra week annual leave at this rate in every pay period. Maximum units accrued per week:Enabled when Setup tab | Method of unit accrual = "Average units", "Proportional units" or "Qualifying units". This field sets the maximum amount of extra week leave that an employee can accrue each week. Entitlement (weeks):Enabled for all accrual methods, but important for "Average units", "Rostered units" and "Weekly Rostered units". This Entitlement (weeks) value is the number of weeks of Extra week leave an employee is entitled to after they complete this annual leave cycle. Note: "Weekly/Rostered" employees will get this many weeks at the start of the "Extra WeeK" cycle. Entitlement (percentage of gross):Enabled for all accrual methods. This Entitlement (percentage of gross) value is the percentage of the employee's gross income accrued for Extra week leave. Entitlement (units):This value is the number of Extra week units that this annual leave table accrues during the leave cycle. For example, an employee is entitled to a total of five weeks' annual leave a year then 1 week would be Extra week.
