Summary

Use this tab page to override other values that are connected with an Award Allowance.

When an allowance transaction is entered for an employee on an award, any details that are set here, will override the standard allowance defaults.

Fields

Allowance:

The override settings in the remainder of the Award Allowances form apply only to the allowance selected here.

Cost Centre:

When a transaction is entered for an employee on this award, the Cost Centre selected here will override the standard Cost Centre for the allowance selected above.

Factor:

The factor is a multiplier that is combined with the rate. A standard factor used for when the rate remains the same is 1.0000. Enter a factor here to override the standard factor associated with an allowance.

Rate amount:

The rate amount entered here overrides other rate amounts that have been specified for the allowance, employee or the Award.

General ledger code:

Enter the general ledger code to be applied to the allowance.

General ledger description:

Enter a description to match the code.
