This tab page applies to the rate selected in the Award Deductions - Details tab page. It enables you to set criteria so that when a transaction is entered for an employee that meets the criteria, the override rate amount in the Details tab will be used for the transaction. |
Example |
For example, apprentices may be entitled to reduced union fees according to the number of apprentice hours they have completed. Rate 1 - No charge for apprentices with 0 - 1000 apprentice hours. Rate 2 - $1.00 per pay for apprentices with 1001 - 2000 apprentice hours. Rate 3 - $1.50 per pay for apprentices with 2000+ apprentice hours. Settings for each Award Deduction record: Details tab - 'Rate Amount' for each situation. Advanced tab - 'Apprentice' - Yes, Hours from and to - as applicable for the above example. |
