Reason:

Optional. You can add a Reason to the Holiday Groups record. When you use the Generate Non-Clocked Data command, it will insert the Reason into Timebands for employees who have not clocked on or off in that day. Processing can then use the Reason to calculate different penalty rates for these employees.
