Summary

If you run the Lock System command and click the Session button, then you:

• Lock other users out of PayGlobal until you exit the application.
• Prevent yourself from running reports.

Apply a Session Lock

1. Double-click the Lock System command.
2. Click the Session button.

   The following message appears: "Current session lock created."

3. Click OK.

Remove a Session Lock

You can remove the session lock by exiting PayGlobal or by running the Unlock System command.

1. Double-click the Unlock System command.
2. Click the Session button.

   The following message appears: "Current session lock removed."

3. Click OK.

Other Users

You must notify other users before you run the Lock System command. The Administration | Tables/Users Status | Users tab displays all users currently logged on to PayGlobal.
