Each SpreadSheet is identified by its 'definition', which is a set of rules that dictate the SpreadSheet’s function. Each SpreadSheet definition is categorised into a SpreadSheet Group. When you import a spreadsheet catalogue, PayGlobal imports only the definitions that you are registered for. After you run Import SpreadSheets, you need to run the Update SpreadSheet Definitions Table command to update the SpreadSheet Definitions that you just imported. You can then run the Create Standard SpreadSheet Groups command to create any default groups that are needed for new or changed definitions. |
