Summary

PayGlobal groups SpreadSheets based on their functionality. The SpreadSheet Group | SpreadSheets tab lists the SpreadSheets in that group and the rules for each SpreadSheet are defined in SpreadSheet Definitions.

Creating SpreadSheet Groups

When you run the Create Standard SpreadSheet Groups command, PayGlobal creates a set of default SpreadSheet Groups containing default SpreadSheets. However, you may need to create additional groups to cater for the needs of your company.

If you have SpreadSheet operator rights (see User Profiles - Details), then you can add new SpreadSheet Groups (see SpreadSheet Group SpreadSheets - Details).

Open a SpreadSheet Group

To open a SpreadSheet Group, double-click it. The SpreadSheet Groups - SpreadSheets tab appears with the SpreadSheet makeup records.
