Summary

Clock data remains in a raw state in PayGlobal until it has been processed.

The Process Clock Data command generates an audit log which indicates the updated times and any problems with employee times.

Fields

Employee:

Select an employee in the pick list or leave this field blank to select all employees.

Employee Query:

Optional. Use a query to process clock data for a group of employees. For example, you may want to process clock data for a group of employees with clock card numbers in a certain range. This field is usually left blank in order to process all employees.

To:

Clock data is processed until the date selected here. This defaults to yesterday's date. Yesterday's date is used, as data capture devices are normally polled most mornings. When you poll in the morning, the data generally contains the clock-in times for the current day and all times for the day before. This means that you can process a complete set of data for the previous day.
