Transaction View | Tools | History Analysis

Summary

The History Analysis tool allows you to display an employee’s transaction history over a specified period. You can view transactions for closed pays only.

History Analysis contains two display criteria:

  • View - The type of transaction displayed, such as all transactions, allowances or deductions.
  • Filter - The time range displayed, such as This Year to date.

You can access History Analysis from Transaction View or from an employee's record.

The functionality available in the History Analysis window is similar to other PayGlobal windows, such as Transaction View.
