Summary

When you are working in Diary View, the following Confirm message appears:

'Do you want to autosave recent changes made to the Diary View?'

• Click 'Yes' to save your changes.
• Click 'No' to discard any changes.

The 'No' option allows you to test scenarios in Diary View without saving the changes to your database.

Change prompting frequency

To change the frequency of the autosave prompt in Diary View:

1. On the main Diary View menu, click Tools | Customise | Layout Options.
2. In the Autosave prompt after (mins) field, increase or decrease the number of minutes.
3. Click OK.
