Summary |
The Leave Credits tab contains Employee Leave Credits makeup records and the employee's current Leave Credit Liability. When you use Transaction View to pay a leave credit allowance to an employee, PayGlobal creates an Employee Leave Credits makeup record on their Leave Credits tab after you process and close the pay. Leave credits enable an employee to accrue leave in addition to annual leave. Employees usually receive leave credit payments for time in lieu, rather than for overtime. Each employee has a Leave Credit Tables record on their Leave tab. |
Leave Credit Liability |
This is the total monetary amount that the company will pay out to the employee for their leave credits. PayGlobal derives the liability from the Employee Leave Credits | Details values, using: Balance * Outstanding rate. |
Leave credit rollover maximums |
If the employee's Leave Credit table is set up on a cycle, you can use the following fields to set leave credit maximums that are applied on rollover:

Extra functionality |
The Customise Columns right-click menu option enables you to display additional columns in the grid. The Generate GRID Report right-click menu option enables you to create a report based on information displayed in the grid. |
