Summary

PayGlobal treats a discount card as an Issuable Item. Discount cards are assigned to employees on the Issued Items tab of their employee record.

There are a number of hotkeys to make it easier for you to utilise PayGlobal and discount cards.

Toggling between screens

Two hotkeys enable you to quickly move around the employees screen. They are:

• Ctrl+Alt+I

  Takes the user to the Employees - Issued Items page from anywhere on the employees screen.

• Ctrl+Alt+P

  Takes the user to the Employees - Payroll page.

F4 functionality

The existing F4 functionality enables you to jump to a particular record, if you know the code for that record.

Within the Issued Items area, the F4 functionality is modified so that you can quickly locate an employee that holds a particular card.

For Item Code, select the code for the discount card.

For Item ID, enter the card number or other recorded identification for the discount card. For example, if you were to search for an Item ID of '33019', PayGlobal would take you directly to the employee holding that card number. You do not need to include leading zeroes (e.g. 000000033019'.
