Course Cost Information

Summary

The Courses | Costs tab contains Course Costs makeup records for the costs associated with running this course. After you add Course Costs records to a course, you can view a cost summary.

Procedure

To view a cost summary for a course:

  1. In the Courses record, switch to Edit mode.
  2. Right-click the top part of the Courses form (not a tab page) to see the menu.
  3. Click View Cost Information.

    A Course Cost Information form appears with a cost summary for this course.

    Note: If the cost per attendee exceeds the Details (ii) tab | Approved assistance value for the whole course, then a warning appears.

  4. Click Close to return to the Courses record.
