Summary |
This is the second stage of the filtering process for an award rule. Employees that pass this set of criteria will go to the Qualifying Clauses set in the award rule. Timeband Clauses use information about an employee that is stored in the Time and Attendance component to filter employees. Important: Award rules should only be created by your PayGlobal Consultant. Changing award rules incorrectly will have a severe impact on your system. |
Examples |
Some examples of Timeband Clauses are: Reason code is equal to "SICK" - Only employees flagged as Sick in T&A will pass through to the third stage Qualifying Clause. Reason code is empty and Clock result is empty - This clause means that only employees without a reason code on their Timeband will pass through to Stage 3, as well as those employees that do not have a Clock Result (i.e. Late Finish, Early Start). |
