Report Destination - Document Options - Document Settings

Summary

The Document Settings form allows you use Document Management functionality to specify the Document View location that the report will be sent to.

Select Document Folder

The Select Document Folder section displays the folders in Document View as defined by your Security Profile settings. You can select the Document View folder that this report will displayed in.

Attach To Entity

The Attach To Entity section is disabled if you used Report Splitting and completed the Field containing filename override field on the Document Options tab. However, the entity that you selected in Report Splitting is highlighted.

When this section is enabled, it displays all entities in the PayGlobal database. You can select only one entity. If you select an entity, then the report is assigned to that entity's Documents tab.

Selecting an entity also activates the Select Record section of this form.

Select Record

The Select Record section allows you to select a record in the entity that you defined in Attach To Entity. Use the pick list button to select a record in that entity. You can only select one record. If you select a record, then the report is assigned to that record's Documents tab.

This section is disabled if you used Report Splitting and completed the Field containing filename override field on the Document Options tab.

Self-Service

If you select this checkbox, then PayGlobal will publish this report in Self-Service using the above settings.
