Rostering

Rostering

Summary

Similar to the Payroll module, Roster and Time and Attendance periods need to be opened/processed, and closed on a fortnightly basis.

Confirming Timebands ensures that changes cannot be made to the Timeband entered.

A Tour is a roster pattern for a defined cycle length/duration. The cycle length is determined by the number of days that elapse before the tour repeats itself. Each Tour must have a specified Duration. Each working day in a Tour cycle requires a Shift Code.

A Shift Code is a span of working time for any day of the week. A Shift Code requires a Start Time, End Time, and Break Code.

A Timeband Override is a span of working time for a specific day of the week, for one employee.
