Viewing Clock data |
All cells in Actuals Daily View remain empty until clock data has been re-processed. The clock data that has been imported to PayGlobal exists in a raw state and cannot be displayed in Daily View until after the re-process. |
Fields |
Employee:Select an employee in the pick list or leave this field blank to select all employees. Employee Query:Optional. Use a query to reset clock data for a group of employees. The query filters records to display only a group of employees that you have specified. For example, you may want to reset clock data for a group of employees with clock card numbers in a certain range. This field is generally left blank, which will reset clock data for all employees. From, To:Dates are mandatory. Use these fields to specify the period that you want to reset the clock data for. Reset actuals of:Select the type of employee that you want to reset actuals for. Options are:
Reset card swipes by:This option reverses the clock processing. Deleting clock swipes removes them completely. Be very careful before using this option.
Dates compared to:The actual date of the clock transaction. The offset date is the adjusted date after the transaction has been processed, anchored or rounded, and offset.
If the clock data is reset, the dates will be compared to either the Offset Date specified in the employee's anchoring group, or by using the Clock Transaction Date itself. This will decide what day the clock times are to show for the employee. |
