Company Settings - PTDs

Administration | Modify Company Settings command | General | Settings | PTDs tab

Summary

Use these fields to add up to four user-defined period-to-date entities in the Organisation | General Periods folder.

Procedure

To add a user-defined period-to-date entity:

  1. Enter the name of the user-defined PTD, such as Super Quarter, in the Pay period label field.

    The Pay period label will be displayed as a plural, such as Super Quarters, in the PayGlobal Tree.

  2. Restart PayGlobal.

    PayGlobal updates the Organisation | General Periods folder to include the new entities that you have assigned. These entities are also displayed in the Pay Status form.

You can then use these entities in reports and to group information.
