When you run Export Actuals to Payroll with Export Type = "AL. Alesco Payroll", the resultant file is similar to the "TS. TSS Payroll" file, but with the following differences:
- Award code has two extra spaces so it occupies positions 39 - 45.
- Cost centre code has three extra spaces so it occupies positions 46 - 53.
PayGlobal uses the following hierarchy for the Payroll Number:
- Employee.ExportEmployeeCode
- Employee.EmployeeCode.
- If the UDF Allowance.XDOLLAR = Yes in the T&A allowance, then PayGlobal exports the dollar value, and if Allowance.XDOLLAR = No, then it exports the hour value.
