Summary |
This Export type produces the same output file as "CP. Chris Pay" with the following differences:
|
Export Date Format |
You must enter an Export Date value or PayGlobal will not create the Chris Pay/MAS extract. |
Sick Indicator |
The Chris Pay/MAS extract uses a logical UDF assigned to the allowances entity called "XSICKALL". Your database must contain this UDF if you want to use the Chris Pay/MAS export type. PayGlobal populates field 113 of the extract with the letter “Y”, when the UDF XSICKALL = Yes for an allowance transaction code. |
Consolidate Transactions |
PayGlobal consolidates transactions for the extract based on the settings of the following fields from the Allowances | T&A Rostering (ii) tab:
An employee’s transactions are consolidated only when Allowance.Consolidate = "Yes" and Payroll Transaction Code, CostCentreCode, Award Code, XSICKALL are the same.
