Summary

Update from Clock Transactions has the same effect as running the Process Clock Data and Clock Result Data run commands. After you Reset Actuals and Clocks you can Update from Clock Transactions to restore the Actuals to their original state.

Note: Update from Clock Transactions does not affect confirmed times.

Procedure

After you Reset Actuals and Clocks in Daily View and save your changes, the reset cells are still selected.

1. Click Tools | Update from Clock Transactions or press F8.

   The Process from clocks transactions and result form appears.

2. Complete the Details tab fields as explained in Clock Result Data - Details.
3. Click OK.

   A process bar appears followed by an audit log message.

4. Check the audit log.
