Fields

Status type:

This drop-down list contains the following options:

• Full-Time
• Part-Time
• Temp - Full-Time
• Temp - Part-Time
• U. Temp - Part-Time
• Casual.

Stat report type:

This field sorts the Status type above into the required Statistics report grouping.

Important: This field only influences the New Zealand statistics report PGPRMISC004.

The Stat report type drop-down list contains the following options:

• 1. Full-Time
• 2. Part-Time
• 3. Full-Time Working Proprietor
• 4. Part-Time Working Proprietor
• 5. Other.

PGPRMISC901

When you run the Australian statistics report PGPRMISC901, the employee status is categorised in the following way:

Full-time over 21

The report groups full-time employees who are 21 years of age and older into the Full-time Adults section.

Full-time under 21

The report groups full-time employees who are under 21 years of age into the All Other Employees section.

Other

The report groups all other employees into the All Other Employees section, for example part-time and casual employees.
