Plan for Employee Packages

The Remuneration Packages tab page displays details of an employee's remuneration package. The information displayed here is drawn from the Employee Packages form.

1. Create Position Defaults if applicable.
2. Add an Employee Package to an employee record.
3. Edit Position Defaults in Employee Package, if applicable.

Adding Employee Packages

1. Double-click the employee record that you want to add an Employee Package for.
2. Select the HR button | Remun Details icon | Remuneration Packages tab.
3. Change to Edit mode.
4. From the right-click menu, select Add Record to reach the Employee Packages form.
5. Complete the following tab pages:

   Details (i) Details (ii)

   Base Components

   Vehicles

   Bonuses

   Share Issues

6. Click Save + Close to return to the employee record.
7. For the Confirm box, click Yes or No according to the options below.
8. Click Save + Close to return to the Grid.

Confirm boxes

When you add or edit Employee Packages, the following Confirm or Information boxes will appear:

"Changing Position Default will clear and replace Base Components, Vehicles, Start Date and End Date. Do you wish to continue?"

• Yes

  Replaces the data in the Base Components and Vehicles tab pages with those of the selected Position Default. The new Start and End Dates will also apply.

• No

  Changes the Position Default field, but the other settings remain as previously set.

"The selected employee has a Remuneration Package that has not been completed."

Check that the Base Components tab page contains data. This Information box does not prevent you saving data.

Right-click menu

Use the Right-click menu to recalculate an employee package and PIR. PayGlobal displays the updated values on the Details (ii) tab page of an Employee Package.
