Employee Leave Requests form |
If the leave request was made from Self-Service, then these fields would contain the information entered by the employee. Leave Type:Leave types are closely aligned with reason codes. Reason:Why the leave was requested. Reasons contain a mapping between the reason and the resulting payroll allowance that will pay out the leave. Leave Credit:If Leave Type = "Leave Credit", then select the appropriate Leave Credit record. Partial leave:Yes/No field that indicates whether this request is for a partial day's leave. Start time:Time the employee wants to start the leave (use for partial leave). Start date:Date the employee wants to start the leave. End date:Date the employee wants to end the leave. Units requested:Number of hours, days or weeks of leave requested. If the leave request was submitted from Self-Service, then PayGlobal translates the units into the form required by the leave table. Type of units:You can select "Hours", "Days" or "Weeks", but the unit must be the same as the unit specified in the employee's leave table. Request date:Date the employee submitted their leave request. Approved:Yes/No field that indicates whether the leave request has been approved. Note: Self-Service leave requests are already approved by the employee's manager before the information enters PayGlobal. Approved date:Date the leave request was approved. Approved by:Employee who approved the leave request. Processed date:Date the leave request was processed. Processing a leave request creates a leave transaction, which is processed and then paid out to the employee. |
