Employee Leave Requests queries |
If you have a large number of leave requests in PayGlobal, then it can take a long time to load them in Transaction View, especially if you select "Load All Employees". Employee Leave Requests queries allow you to:
'Disappearing' Employee Leave Requests If you add a leave request or edit an existing record, and the new/edited record is outside the range of the active Employee Leave Requests query, then that record is no longer displayed. When you save the record, the following type of warning appears: "Leave request for employee 1000 Brown Bryan with a start date of 31/01/2009 is no longer visible due to the current filter on the Employee Leave Request table." After you click "OK", the new/edited record will 'disappear'. |
Self-Service |
If you use Self-Service, then the following topics explain when you can process leave requests. |
Impact of Pay Closing Procedures |
During the Close Pay process, PayGlobal checks all unprocessed leave requests. Where a Leave Request End Date is less than or equal to the Period End Date and the module = F or T, PayGlobal populates the leave request Processed Date with the Period End Date of the pay being closed. |
