Module:Payroll is currently the only module UDAs can be created for. Pay type:Select from:
Allowance Group:Optional field. You can select one Allowance Group. If this field is populated, the UDA Breakdown record Amount field displays the sum of the allowance group allowances paid in one pay period. Populating this field deactivates the Allowance, Type and Field fields. Allowance:Optional field. You can select one Allowance. If this field is populated, the UDA Breakdown record Amount field displays the sum of that allowance paid in one pay period. Populating this field deactivates the Allowance Group and Field fields. Type:The Type field is only active when both the Allowance Group and Allowance fields are blank. Select from:

In accordance with the New Zealand Holidays Act 2003 (No. 129) your PayGlobal database must contain the appropriate User-Defined Accumulators (UDAs). PayGlobal can create default UDAs on command, or you can set them up manually. |
