Summary

The Employees entity stores employee related information held by PayGlobal. Click an employee record to see information for that employee.

Seeing all employee records

The information that is displayed in the Employees entity is dependent on:

  • The PayGlobal modules that your organisation has purchased
  • The Security Profile of the user accessing PayGlobal
  • The folder structure that was set up for the Favourites icon.

Grid row limiting may have been enabled for your user profile. Grid row limiting minimises the impact a large database has on the network. For more information, see Grid Row Limiting.

Employee data

Employee data held by PayGlobal is divided into the following sections:

  • Details: General employee information, such as personal information, contact details, and Self-Service.
  • Payroll: Payment, contract, rates, tax and accumulators.
  • Leave: Entitlements to various types of leave, quantity and dollar values of leave paid and leave owing, and leave requests.
  • Payroll Notes: Additional payroll information.
  • Human Resources: Appointments, health and safety, performance plans and appraisals, training, induction, dispute management, previous employers and referees, remuneration details, issued items, loans, employee costs, achievements and professional memberships.
  • T&A/Rostering: Employee actuals and rostering details, including overrides.
