User-Defined Accumulators

Administration | User-Defined Accumulators

Summary

User-Defined Accumulators (UDAs) are records that allow you to gather values, based on allowances, paid to an employee.

For example, in New Zealand, UDAs are used to help calculate a rate needed to pay an employee’s annual leave payments.

Using the Leave Defaults command, you can create default UDA codes (New Zealand databases only).

Once you have created your UDA codes you can run the Create UDA Breakdowns command to generate employee UDA data based on your defined UDA settings.
