Summary

The Insert menu allows you to add specific data to your current view.

Options

Insert Allowance:

Click this option to insert an allowance transaction.
Shortcut key = Insert.

Insert Deduction:

Click this option to insert a deduction transaction.
Shortcut key = Minus (-) on the numeric keypad.

Proportional Costing:

Click this option to apply proportional costing to the selected transaction.
Shortcut key = Asterisk (*)on the numeric keypad.

Pay Header:

Click this option to display the selected employee's Pay Header form.
Shortcut key = Ctrl+P.

Sequence Header:

Click this option to display the Pay Sequences form.
Shortcut key = Ctrl+A.

Replicate:

Click this option to replicate the selected transaction.
Shortcut key = Alt+R.
