With a spread from, to:Salary range for this remuneration policy, which is usually 20% above and 20% below the average value. The salary range for a Work Area Position is between a remuneration minimum and a remuneration maximum based on the spread determined by your organisation. Remuneration min:Minimum or lowest salary (remuneration) level for this WAP. Remuneration mid:Midpoint or market rate remuneration level for this WAP. It updates automatically from the Job Evaluation record for this WAP. The midpoint is determined using the following formula: ( Evaluation Points * Evaluation Slope ) + Evaluation Offset Remuneration max:Maximum remuneration for this WAP. Market rate:This value is provided by your consulting firm. It is the value of the job size under market conditions. Correlation Factor:Correlation between market size and job size for this WAP.
