Workforce Management payslip folder ID :If Workforce Management is enabled, then this field is visible. If employees are configured to be able to view within Workforce Management a list of recent payslips and also to view / download a single payslip in PDF format, then a document folder will need to be selected in PayGlobal that contains employee payslips. These payslip documents are normally generated by PayGlobal payslip reports using report splitting and sent to Document Management in the split report's destination settings. To select a payslip folder, press the button next to the field and choose one from the folder selector:

Other labels, such as leave reasons and allowance descriptions, must be changed in PayGlobal Australian companies that are covered by WorkChoices should use the caption P/C Leave (Personal/Carer's Leave) instead of Sick Leave. Default Super Settings Group (Australia):Defines the default superannuation settings applied to employees and it cannot be blank. If an employee is not attached to an award or if their Awards | Details tab | Super Settings Group field is blank, then PayGlobal applies the current values in the Default Super Settings Group. When you upgrade, this field is set to DEFAULT - Default Super settings group. When you create a new company database, this field is blank so when you edit Company Settings you have to enter a Super Settings Group. Important: Do not select an award-specific Super Settings Group as the Default Super Settings Group. Super intermediary employer ID (Australia):The identifier used by the Clearing House /Intermediary for the Employer. Only used in Australian databases. The Intermediary employer ID will be contained in the SuperStream data files. The following fields are not displayed in Australian databases. Max Earnings Base ($):You could use this field in payroll rules to set the upper limit of employee earnings that require employer superannuation contributions. If you use this field, then you must also complete the Max Earnings Base PTD and Super Earnings Allowance Group fields. Max Earnings Base PTD:This field determines the period of time that maximum base earnings are accumulated over. The Max Earnings Base PTD can be any period accumulator type, such as MTD, Super PTD or a user-defined PTD. Super Earnings Allowance Group:This allowance group is used to calculate the Max Base Earnings ($). An allowance group can store the allowances that form the employee's superable earnings base. |
