Summary

The Leave Defaults command allows you create default UDAs (User Defined Accumulators) and allowance groups to meet the requirements of the New Zealand Holidays Act 2003. The Holidays Act 2003 tab contains the setup fields and the Details tab describes those fields.

Fields

Create 'Ordinary weekly pay 4 week rule' entities:

Yes/No field that determines whether the command creates the ORDPAY4 UDA and allowance group.

Must deal with the following unit types:

Enabled when Create 'Ordinary weekly pay 4 week rule' entities = Yes.

• Hours

  Create the ORDHRS4 UDA and allowance group.

• Days

  Create the ORDDYS4 UDA and allowance group.

• Both

  Create the ORDHRS4 and ORDDYS4 UDA and allowance group.

Create 'Average weekly earnings rule' entities:

Yes/No field that determines whether the command creates the AVGEARN UDA and allowance group.

Must deal with the following unit types:

Enabled when Create 'Average weekly earnings rule' entities = Yes.

• Hours

  Create the AVGHRS UDA and allowance group.

• Days

  Create the AVGDYS UDA and allowance group.

• Both

  Create the AVGHRS and AVGDYS UDA and allowance group.

Create 'Average daily pay rule' entities:

Yes/No field that determines whether the command creates the ADPEARN UDA and allowance group.

Must deal with the following unit types:

Enabled when Create 'Average daily pay rule' entities = Yes.

• Hours

  Create the ADPHRS UDA and allowance group.

• Days

  Create the ADPDYS UDA and allowance group.

• Both

Create the ADPHRS and ADPDYS UDA and allowance group.

Create 'Leave Without Pay' entities:

Yes/No field that determines whether the command creates the LWOPWEEKS UDA.
