Summary

Your organisation may require several types of annual leave to reflect different conditions of employment. You need to create an annual leave table for each set of conditions in your organisation.

You need to consider the following issues:

  • Contractual and legislative requirements for leave in your organisation.
  • Differences in the leave structures for salaried employees and waged employees.
  • Differences in the treatment of part-time and full-time employees.
  • Leave for casual employees.

After you create the annual leave tables, you can attach the applicable table to each employee on their Leave tab.

Extra functionality

The Customise Columns right-click menu option enables you to display additional columns in the grid.

The Generate GRID Report right-click menu option enables you to create a report based on information displayed in the grid.
