The Employee UDA Breakdowns form is used for adding, editing or viewing an employee's UDA records. The form contains three tab pages:
The use of the Notes and Documents tabs is no different to any other tab of the same name in other entities. The Details tab on this form is specific to Employee UDA Breakdowns and it contains four fields of information:

User Defined Accumulator:This is the UDA code applied in accordance with the settings defined on the Administration | Modify Company Setting | Processing | Holidays Act tab page as well as the Allowances contained in the Allowance Groups which were created when the Leave Defaults command was activated. The field is controlled by the User- defined Accumulators entity. To access this field click the pick-list button beside the field. Period end date:This is end date of the pay period the information has been calculated for. As this field does not provide a list of specific pay period end dates user must take care when entering UDA Breakdown records manually to ensure the date will correspond to a valid period end date defined in your Period Calendar. Amount:This field will contain the value of the UDA code above based on the criteria of the allowance group associated with the UDA. The value will either be earnings ($), hours worked or days worked. Auto generated:This defines if the UDA Breakdown record was generated by PayGlobal or inserted by a user (manually or via synchronisation).
