Summary

After you finish customising Transaction View, you can generate a grid report based on your current layout. Use Save Layout As to save your settings so you can apply your customised layout when you want to generate this grid report.

Generate grid report

1. In the Style Toolbar Layout field, select your saved report layout.
2. In the Query field, select a query to filter employees, if required.
3. Click Go!
4. Press Ctrl+G to generate the grid report.

   The grid report opens in the Preview window so you can check the report before you print it or save it to your inbox.
