Summary

The PayGlobal database contains a number fields that require a folder structure to be identified so that relevant files can be imported or exported.

If these types of fields contain an incorrect or invalid folder structure day-to-day tasks will fail.

Therefore if changes are to be made to your network or local folder structure the following fields must be updated before moving the PayGlobal database or it's associated files to their new location.

Check Fields

Using the PayGlobal Tree go to each of the following locations and check that the correct folder path is specified

• Direct Credit file

  Administration folder | Payroll slider bar | Banking icon | Banking Details tab page | Direct credit file name field

• General Ledger file

  Administration folder | Payroll slider bar |Processing icon | General Ledger tab page | GL file name field.

• Exporting Rostering data to Payroll

• Exporting Rostering data to Job Costing
