Some employees use clocks to determine their working times. Actuals for these employees are based on processed clock data.

Processed clock data

Processed clock data consists of card swipe times that have been processed (anchored, rounded, or flagged as exceptions), according to Anchoring rules.

Viewing data for clocked employees

Opening an Actuals period does not write information to the database for clocked employees.

To view this information using Daily View, you must import and process the clock data.
