Summary |
Some employees do not use clocks. For these employees, Actuals are based on roster information. There is no difference between the employee's roster (planned work hours) and their Actuals (real work hours). |
Opening Actuals for non-clocked employees |
When you open an Actuals period, non-clocked employees' roster times are written to the database. |
Using Scheduler and the Daily In/Out Report |
When you generate non-clocked data using Scheduler auto processing rules, employees who are rostered to work but do not clock in on their rostered day show as absent on the Daily in Out Report. Enter a reason against the absence in the Daily View. |
